Marketplace role
Empleo Hispano provides employment information and connection tools. Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, Empleo Hispano is not the employer, does not make hiring decisions, and does not guarantee interviews, offers, candidates, or employment.
User responsibilities
Provide accurate information, use the service lawfully, protect account access, and communicate respectfully. Do not impersonate others, scrape data, distribute malware, discriminate unlawfully, or use the platform for unrelated solicitation.
Job listings
Employers are responsible for the accuracy, legality, pay information, working conditions, and application process of their listings. Review or verification reduces risk but is not a guarantee.
Applications and decisions
Candidates control whether to apply. Employers control their hiring decisions and must comply with applicable employment, wage, privacy, immigration, accommodation, and nondiscrimination laws.
Suspension
We may reject content, remove listings, restrict accounts, preserve evidence, or cooperate with authorities when fraud, abuse, safety risks, or violations are suspected.
