Account identity, contact details, applicant profiles, employer profiles, job postings, applications, saved jobs, alerts, communications, usage events, device information, and information you voluntarily submit.
How we use information
To operate job-search and hiring services, review employers and listings, deliver alerts, support users, prevent fraud, measure performance, comply with law, and improve accessibility and bilingual service.
Sharing
We share applicant information with an employer only when the applicant applies or authorizes the connection. We may use contracted service providers for hosting, email, analytics, security, and support. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and security
We retain information only as reasonably necessary for service, safety, legal, and recordkeeping purposes. Administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards are used, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may update your profile, withdraw applications, disable alerts, request access or correction, or request account deletion. Legal and fraud-prevention records may be retained where required.
