These standards protect candidates, responsible employers, and the integrity of Empleo Hispano.
Required information
Listings must identify the employer, real position, work location, employment type, essential duties, qualifications, schedule when known, truthful pay information, and a legitimate application process.
Prohibited listings
No fees charged to applicants for ordinary access to a job, identity theft, deceptive business opportunities, illegal work, discriminatory criteria, adult services, check-cashing schemes, reshipping scams, undisclosed commission-only work, or requests for sensitive financial information before a legitimate hiring stage.
Equal opportunity
Employers must follow applicable equal employment, wage, workplace safety, accommodation, privacy, immigration, background-check, and fair-chance laws.
Verification and review
We may request business registration, domain-based email, workplace details, authorized representative information, or additional documentation. Verification is not an endorsement or guarantee.
Enforcement
Listings may be edited, rejected, paused, removed, or reported. Accounts may be suspended for inaccurate information, complaints, unsafe conduct, repeated violations, or failure to cooperate with review.
